Using stability balls and chairs for props, emphasis of this class is to calm and rejuvinate your soul, while stretching, strengthening, and balancing your body with modified standing and sitting yoga poses. Pilates-like movements done on the floor will tighten, tone and strengthen your core. Please bring your own mat. Stability balls and chairs are provided.
Chair Power Yoga Stretch
Using chairs for stretches and stability in standing poses, the emphasis on this class is to gain strength, stability and flexibility. Attention to deep breathing, neck and shoulder stretches will leave you feeling calm, peaceful, and able to move more easily throughout your day. No mat required, as there is no floorwork.
