Thanks to her expertise as both a highly skilled certified massage therapist and a dedicated, knowledgeable yoga teacher, my health has improved dramatically. When I met Donna, I was in constant pain from relentless migraines, arthritis, and fibromyalgia. It was a challenge to name a part of my body that didn’t hurt. She is really positive and energetic

I have been leery about doing strength training and been intimated by trainers, but with Donna, I have none of those feelings. She is really positive and energetic. I now look forward to coming to the gym and doing my strength training routine.
